Trying cannabis has really been helping with my sleeping problems

As I’ve gotten older I’ve started having difficulty sleeping.

I struggle to fall asleep in the evenings. Sometimes I will lay awake for hours in my bed. Once I do get to sleep, I feel restless. I tend to wake up frequently during the nighttime hours. And then when my alarm clock rings, I am still sleepy & find that it’s hard for me to get up. I’m then sluggish at work, can’t concentrate on my job, and I yawn continually. I am reluctant to try sleeping pills because of all the harmful side-effects some of them have. I’ve tried all sorts of remedies such as herbal teas, exercise & meditation, but nothing helped with the sleeping issues, and a coworker of mine said that I should try cannabis. I did some research about it & found that cannabis has helped a lot of people overcome insomnia… Cannabis is entirely natural and it has no long-term side-effects. It is also legal in our state. When I looked into dispensaries in our area, I was amazed by the number of them in our local area. I evaluated their websites, expecting to find seedy, little businesses! But each one of the dispensaries was modern-looking & legitimate, which all of the regular certifications & licenses, plus their budtenders are highly trained & experienced. They also listed a full list of products online. Their products are 3rd party tested for quality, safety & integrity. I visited the closest one of them. The people there were welcoming & friendly. They helped me to figure out the right options to get rid of my insomnia, plus I was truly interested in the edibles & tinctures. They provided plenty of information & recommendations for me. My visit to the dispensary was truly beneficial. There’s been a sizable improvement in my day to day sleeping habits, & I feel much better after a night’s sleep.
